Bulldozer Roars Again in Gurugram: Now, Greater Noida Joins the Action. The Greater Noida Authority bulldozed illegal construction in Sunpura, freeing up 20,000 square meters of land estimated at Rs 40 crore. According to OSD Himanshu Verma, the village falls under the Sunpura Authority’s jurisdiction, and certain developers were attempting to build on Khasra numbers 398, 399, 409, 419, 421, 430, 431, and 433 of the village.

Illegal Constructions Bulldozed in Sunpura Village, Greater Noida
Following reports of unauthorized construction, the administration swiftly arrived at the scene and used bulldozers to demolish the structures. Boundary walls were being erected for planting purposes on several land parcels in the area. This comes after a similar administrative action in Gurugram earlier in the week, where the authorities reclaimed land worth crores.

Greater Noida Administration Reclaims 20,000 Sq. Meters of Land
In a decisive move, the administration has reclaimed approximately 20,000 square meters of land, demolishing boundary walls erected for planting purposes. The administration has also issued a warning regarding the reclaimed land.

The Gurugram administration’s relentless crackdown on illegal land occupants continues. They have issued a stern warning that any reoccupation of reclaimed land will face severe consequences, including legal actions.
