Whenever we buy a house, land, or any other property, we feel secure by getting it registered in our name. But is registration alone sufficient to establish ownership rights over the land? Or, the property you’ve bought already has significant debt on it. After Property Registration is done in your name, you’ll also be responsible for repaying that debt. In other words, registration alone isn’t enough. Along with it, you need to acquire another essential set of documents.
