Revised Circle Rates in Gurugram
The Haryana government revised the Circle rates in Gurugram with effect from February 2020. The valuation of properties during registration, stamp valuation, and property loan will be as per the amended circle rates.

Circle Rates of Construction Cost
The minimum construction cost for residential units in Gurgaon is Rs. 1,300 / sq. Feet. The floor rate for residential plots is Rs. 5,500 / sq. Feet.

Gurgaon Registration Charges
