Joyville by Shapoorji Pallonji, the business tycoon and real estate developer, which entered in the Delhi-NCR (Sector 102, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram) property market last month (Dec 2018), sold more than 400+ residential apartments (including 2 BHK & 3 BHK) for over Rs. 350 crore in its 1st housing project at Joyville Gurgaon/Gurugram. The Shapoorji Pallonji group sold 2 & 3 bhk apartments, as the company said in the press conference.
“The real estate developer has got over 750+ WOM, very good and deserving response from the local & home buyers at the time launch.” Actually, they haven’t disclosed the sales figure for the booking. Though, sales and market experts said that the value will around Rs. 350 Cr.
